This is the website of Dan Hardee. Here’s the plain-English version of what happens with your information when you visit or reach out.
What I collect
If you use the contact form, I get what you type into it: your name, email address, the topic you pick and your message. If you email me directly, I get whatever you send.
That’s it. This site doesn’t use analytics trackers, advertising pixels or advertising cookies, and it doesn’t ask you to create an account.
How I use it
Only to read your message and get back to you about whatever you reached out about, whether that’s radio, an event, voice work, press or a partnership. I don’t sell, rent or trade your information, and I don’t add you to a mailing list.
Who else handles it
- Web3Forms delivers contact form messages to my inbox. Their handling is covered by the Web3Forms privacy policy.
- My web host keeps standard server logs, like IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
- Links to other sites, like my social media, The Dan Hardee Show and Dan Hardee Entertainment, follow their own privacy policies once you click through.
How long I keep it
Messages stay in my email for as long as they’re useful for our conversation or for normal business records. Ask me to delete yours and I will.
Your choices
You can ask what I have from you, ask me to correct it or ask me to delete it. Just email Dan@danhardee.com.
Kids
This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, I’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
